The Pressure Cooking program drastically reduces cooking time, up to 70% compared to traditional cooking methods. It is equipped with High and Low pressure settings to prepare a great variety of meals in minutes. Cook risotto in less than 10 minutes, chicken stock in 30 minutes and cheesecake in 25 minutes!
The Slow Cooking program prepares slow cooking classics such as pot roast, soups and stews. Choose from high and low temperature settings. Add ingredients in the morning and dinner will be ready when you get home.

New LCD Panel
The LUX LCD Multi-Cooker is equipped with a high technology, interactive and easy to use LCD display that lets the user to easily navigate through all the cooking/menu options with the simple turn of a dial. It also changes colors according to its current status. It is blue even as the cooking program is being selected and it turns green once the cooking process has begun. It also shows the pressure cooking level/temperature and the recipe time.
The display comes programmed with several unique icons to assist a user each step in the cooking process:
Open/close lid icon – reminds a user to open or close the lid depending on the function being used.
Preheat icon – indicates that the unit is building pressure or temperature.
Keep Warm icon – informs that the keep warm function is on.
Panel lock icon – indicates that the buttons are locked or unlocked.
Safety Features
The multi-cooker is equipped with quite a lot of safety systems. An automatic locking lid will not open if the unit is locked and there is pressure inside. It also comes with 2 independent pressure keep an eye on valves, the floating valve and the safety pressure valve, which keep watch over internal pressure as needed. In addition, it has a temperature sensor inside the pot that prevents the unit from overheating.
