Please install it in your smartphone first, then connect the watch to your smartphone through the app instead of through your phone’s bluetooth list to reach the complete functions.

1. Q: How to sync this watch with your mobile phone (Note: For Android 5. 1 and above or iOS 8. 0 and above, Bluetooth 4. 0 and above smartphones only, not for pc or tablet.)

Download the ‘PubuFit’ APP by scaning QR code of the manual, or search ‘PubuFit’ from Google Play or APP store;

Open main page of the ‘PubuFit’ APP ( TO ADD )–>connect the device named P21–>Click the ‘P21’ on your screen–>Click the ‘Confirm Bind Device’; The request for bluetooth pairing will appear in IOS system and click “pair”. Android system can be directly connected.

2. Q: What to do if the watch not hold a charge?

Contact the seller for help (Go to Your Order–> Find the order ID in the list–> Click ‘Contact with us’)

3. Q: What to do if I will’t receive the Call/Text Messages/SNS notifications?

Make sure the Bluetooth is connected>-Make sure your phone allows the PubuFit app to send notifications (Go to your phone settings–> Apps–>Find the “PubuFit” app –>Switch on “Allow Notifications” and “Permissions”)

4. Q: What to do if I will’t get it to connect to my phone or all the time get disconnected?

Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it’s going to cause the disconnection, you want to bind the watch to the app again.

1. When you first use the watch, please charge it first to activate it, or it’s going to not tun on.

2. Make sure Phone/Messaging/Call log permissions open when you first download the ‘PubuFit’ app;
