If your OUKITEL WP8 Pro can’t work with carrier, you wish to have to activate the sim card on an existing phone which supports your carrier. After you receive the initial activation texts or get a 4G signal, put the sim card back into the OUKITEL WP8 Pro. It should automatically pick up the carrier’s network.
